THINGS COMING SOON:

YOUR TANK???  Email us your favorite tank shot, and we'll post it up on our "Other Tanks" link.  Share your photo with everyone who visits! DONE!!

An article on the Longhorn Cowfish, hopefully setting the record straight on the many misconceptions about one of the more absurdly beautiful fish in marine aquaria!!  DONE!!

A link DEDICATED to marine research and development.  A closely moderated look at responsible experimentation.  NOT intended for beginning hobbyists, but certainly for those interested in exploring different situations and methods.

AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!
Hello all, and thanks for taking the time to visit this site!  This is my first web page, and I hope to progress as time goes on and eventually have some real eye-candy!!  But for now, we'll stick with the simpler things that get the job done.  This is primarily a site to feature my tank pics, as well as post the New Tank Cycling Method and the Sandbed Swap Article which I am happy to make available to everyone.  I wan't to keep this real short, yet take some time to mention some important folks in this hobby.  If you happened upon this site and have never seen
Aqualink
or Aquaria Central, I urge you to go there.  Some great advice from a collection of real passionate hobbyists, and these boards are moderated in a way that accomodates the beginning to even the most seasoned hobbyist.  I'd also like to make a real important thanks to Jim Hobbs, who has been gracious enough to provide me with web space to show my pictures over the past year.  I have received a lot of compliments from fellow hobbyists, and without Jim sharing his knowledge and posting my pics, I'd be at a loss in describing my marginal reef setup.  I'd also like to recognize Michael Smith (Smitty), whom I met through Aquaria Central and whose family has become the best of friends with my own.  Mike and I are working on several projects together, and have quite a few tanks between us!!  We are doing a lot of experimental stuff and share a dream of opening a storefront one day.  Neither of us could do this without the strong support of our wifes, who have lost untold quantities of kitchen utensils to our endeavors!!  Well, I'll be toying with this page for untold hours to come, so time to stop yacking and start learning!!  Feel free to email me with suggestions and links to your own websites!

TextHi,
The message board is gone, but no loss!  There are plenty of online boards.  Homestead stopped sponsoring the message board, and made some changes.  Our message counter "expired" so we lost our high count, which had popped well over 10000 visits in just a short period.   We just put up a new Guestbook, and I hope you drop in, even if you've already done so before, because our old one is gone and it was really cool to see all the guests from all over the world!  Please say howdy, no matter WHO you are or WHERE you're from.  Thanks, and ENJOY!!!
